The training programmes are taught using the latest and most innovative learning practices from around the world. CIBMP uses a number of tools and techniques to impart the learning. Some of the activities include:
Computer based simulations
Visits to other organisations (such as schools, colleges and universities)
Study tours to other cities (such as Oxford, Cambridge, Manchester, etc)
Excursion tours to places of interest (such as tour of London, Shopping in Bicester Village, etc).
As part of the value added, CIBMP can assist the participants in arranging accommodation either in hotels, or in low cost university housing. Participants can be offered an airport pickup and drop off facility to ease their travels. Each participant will also receive a folder for the workshop with all of the material of the workshop. Moreover each participant will receive a certificate of attendance.
Accredited Management Courses
CIBMP’s management courses can also be accredited by, and count towards a degree by the University of Teesside, in the United Kingdom. The University of Teesside is a winner of the Times Higher Education Award, University of the Year. Trainings that are accredited by Teesside will allow participants to gain credit towards a Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree. The credits can be accoumulated and later on used to get exemptions for a degree. Other partnerships include with the London School of Science & Technology and the Hammersmith Management College in London.
Participants can also be offered certificates from the Institute for Leadership and Management (ILM). ILM is a UK based body, which awards learning and development certificates. CIBMP courses can also be validated by ILM, based on a client’s requirements.
