Quick paper selection process
All papers are blind peer reviewed.
However, we endeavor to get back to you in the shortest possible
time frame. The conference works on a first come, first reserve
basis. Once a paper has been submitted, it will be sent off to
reviewers. If the paper passes the criteria for selection, i.e. it
gets enough marks from the reviewers, a notification will be sent
immediately. Hence, there is no need to wait for deadlines, and you
as the author will get a reply in a short period of time, allowing
you to make appropriate arrangements for your travel, etc.
For those speakers who are unable to
attend the conference physically, you can still have your paper
published! We will allow you to make an online presentation.
You can send us your presentation and/or a video, which will then be
uploaded to the site. This will allow you to have a paper
published, and get feedback! Please contact us if you have any
